One inbox, read by the editorial team. No contact form and no chatbot, just an email address and a postal address.
The quickest way to reach us is info@softwarepivot.com. Every message is read by a member of the SoftwarePivot Editorial Team, not filtered by a bot. Write to us about:
- Corrections. Tell us which page, what's wrong and, if you can, where you found the right information.
- Questions about a guide. If something we wrote isn't clear, ask. The good questions often end up in a guide's FAQ, without your name.
- Privacy requests. Access, deletion or any other right described in our privacy policy. Please put "Privacy request" in the subject line.
- Vendors and partners. You're welcome to send product information or correct a fact about your product. Please bear in mind that we don't sell reviews, verdicts or placements; the about page explains why.
When you'll hear back
We aim to reply within two business days, and usually sooner. The inbox is handled Monday to Friday during Italian office hours (Central European Time), so a message sent on a Friday evening will normally get an answer the following Monday or Tuesday. Around Italian public holidays it can take a little longer.
Privacy requests follow their own timetable: we answer within one month of receiving them, as the GDPR requires. If a request is complex and we need more time, we'll tell you within that first month and explain why.
What we can't help with
We don't make, sell or support any of the products we write about. For problems with an account, a subscription, a charge or a refund, the vendor's own support team is the only one that can help, and you'll find their contact details on their website. We also can't give one-to-one technical support for your device, although we're glad to hear which guides are missing.
Please don't send passwords, license keys, payment card numbers or copies of identity documents by email. We will never ask for your passwords or payment details, and we don't need them to answer.
